Specification/Qualification Requirement: Qualification: Minimum of Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, accounting, economics, banking, finance, insurance, law and business studies with ACII (Actuarial sciences)
Age: Between 35 and 45 years

Reporting Relationship:




Reports to:  ED Operations

 Supervises: The Agency Units under his agency.



Job Responsibilities:
o    Draw up a business plan within the frame work of CHI Agency marketing structure
o    Manage and motivating the team to generate and increase sales while ensuring efficiency
o    Constantly relate with Technical group on products for Agency sales drive
o    Facilitate training for his team from time to time (analyzing and interpreting trends as they emerge).
o    Deploy ICT technology for marketing, data analysis and planning
o    Be involved in performance reviews and other staffing issues as the need arises.
o    Ensure that customer service is seamless and the quality of delivery is unquestionable.
o    Update management on new initiatives, business performance and other pertinent issues.
o    Monitor the activities of the Agency team being managed and ensure customer satisfaction
o    Develop effective marketing strategies to compete within the industry in order to increase market share.
o    Grow and expand client base by developing good relationship and follow ups.
o    Writing quarterly reports on the activities of the Agency to the Operations Directorate.
o    Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the ED Operations from time to time.
